Prices
Quoted in USD$-AUSD$-U.K.POUND-EUROS per person and payable
in Indonesian Rupiah on the current exchange rate.(UNLESS
PREBOOKED0 Itineraries and prices are subject to change
without prior notice.
Payment
At this moment we only accept cash payments, in the above
currencies based on the latest exchange rates unless you
have a confirmed booking THEN THE PRICE IS HELD FIRM FOR
YOU.
1/ 20% Deposit when making your booking by direct debit
to our bank account, please allow a week for transfer
to be made.
2/ Balance in full on arrival ** we accept all quoted
currencies quoted and confirmed to you please retain
booking reference.
3/ For a long hire we need a security for wheel-chairs –push
chairs etc. a driving licence / or credit card signed,
with your authority to deduct for any damage or losses
caused by you and not covered by our insurance policy.
Collection/Delivery
1/ We charge each time a once only charge to deliver/collect
a Wheel Chair/push chair etc. USD/ $ 7 wether for 1-3-7
days hire.
2/ We make no delivery/collection charge when you book
the wheel chair/push chair with an airport collect and
return booking, to your hotel, at the same time.
3/ We charge a one off delivery/collection each day/evening
we supply a carer/wheel chair/push chair etc. of USD$7-00-AUSD$8-00-U.K.POUND
3-50-EURO13-00 ( unless a weekly booking made)
We hope you will ensure our staff have time for food
or drink while working for you thank you.
We only employ reliable trained caring staff, but while
we take every care we accept no responsibility for any
accident wether by Driving-Walking-Caring etc. In any
circumstances, and our services are accepted, under these
terms fully by you.
WE NOTE THE RATE GIVEN IS FOR AN 8 HOUR DAY AND THE HOURLY
RATE IS DIVIDED BY THE DAILY DAY CHARGED RATE WE HAVE
GIVEN YOU, IF YOU REQUIRE OUR CARER FOR LONGER, A 50%
EXTRA TO THE DAY RATE IS CHARGED, FOR EACH HOUR OR
PART OVER THIS TIME, AS WE HAVE TO NOT ONLY PAY YOUR
CARER, BUT THE DRIVER TO COLLECT HER/HIM AND SEE THEM
HOME SAFELY FOR THE NEXT DAYS WORK THANK YOU
Should one of drivers or carers not reach the high standards
we expect from them, please report any dissasfaction
to the management we will give it our full attention,
if you find our service meets your requiremnts tell your
HOTEL/TOURIST AGENT OR FRIENDS, and should you have a
language problem please contact us any time and we will
make sure your requirements are fully understood
