Nearest Beach – Sanur 5 mins walking distance. Through the famous Bonsia Café. Nearest City – Denpasar 10 mins by car. Not Suitable for active kids. Unless of course you are the disabled one’s. We like to maintain the quiet ambience of our villa.

OUR AIM.

To provide quiet affordable holiday accommodation for the disabled and to cater for individual needs and to improve from experience. Not every person is disabled in the same way. So we all have special requirements. Please tell us of any special needs or requirements.

 A SIMPLY SUPERB HOLIDAY HOME & LOCATION.

Villa G is situated in a group of 11 Villa’s, just off the well known Danau Tamblingan St. in a serene and quiet location. 5 mins by foot or Wheelchair from Sanur Beach. Villa G has been built with the disabled in mind. The owners are in fact both disabled. “IT HAS NO STEPS” Jenny suffers from PSP and walks with a Stroller, Marshall is rehabilitating from a recent stroke and has just stopped using his wheelchair and walks with a stick.

So both owners understand what it means to be disabled ! We have experience of arriving at our holiday destination only to be dismayed at the poor facilities on hand.

We are about 30mins by Taxi from the action packed areas of Kuta, Legian and Seminyak & 1 hour from Ubud. We have a large private disabled swimming pool with a hand rail and ramps, so easy to glide into the sparkling cool water. We have plenty of carers around to help. There are plenty of good quality restaurants and bars within easy distance.

ACCOMODATION.

Villa G has 2 double guest rooms each with its own air conditioner & en-suite, very large bathrooms with his & hers basins. The path from the car park and reception area is FLAT and wide. One room is suitable for Paraplegic’s with a shower & toilet that has COMPLETE entry for a wheelchair. In fact the shower entrance is 1.8 metres wide. There are very wide double doors, in all rooms and NO STEPS, accessible light switches and sockets. Dimensions can be supplied upon request. Both rooms have emergency bells. the owners & staff are on site 24 hrs.

The other room is for people who can stand for short periods, the able are also welcome. We can also arrange accommodation in the other Villa’s in the complex for your able friends & family.

Both rooms are suitable for single or double occupancy. Extra beds can be arranged for a small fee per night. All rooms are large and have double sliding entrance doors which easily accept a wheelchair. Each room is fitted with wardrobe, Flat screen TV, Hairdryer and Home theatre. Tea and coffee is available at any time, just ask our staff. Bathrooms have double basins, roomy shower;s free standing stone bath and spacious toilet. We also have a hoist available for those who need it. Please advise on booking if you require it. There is an outside shower in true Balinese tradition, which gives the effect but not really suitable for people who cannot stand on their own. Although we do supply special shower chairs & plastic chairs for showering if required.

LIVING AREA

This large and open plan with roomy comfortable furniture. The easterly open front catches the cool morning sun while you leisurely eat your breakfast. Looking out over the pool and garden. The Dining table seats 6 people. Breakfast is served between 7am & 10am and is an American or full English breakfast. Setting you up for the full day ahead. Evening meals can be arranged at 24 hrs notice. Special meals andDietary needs are available. Please tell us in advance if you need Halal food or need your food Puried or Vegitarian There is a disabled toilet in this area.

OUTSIDE.

The easterly facing garden and pool is a great place to relax and we have comfortable sun beds. Villa G has a very special atmosphere. There is something soothing & calming about the place, everybody feels it and they are perfectly at home. Of course again there are NO STEPS on the property, except in the staff quarters which are no go areas.

Although we love kids (we have 3 healthy grandchildren of our own), noisey kids are not entertained. We like to keep the calm & soothing atmosphere. Unless of course the child is the disabled member of your family. We like to keep Villa G calm and quiet.

NEAREST AIRPORT.

Denpasar International Airport is 30 minutes away and we have Airport pick up and drop off for guests staying 1 week or more. Just give us your flight detail & day of Arrival/Departure. Please let us know how many people you are, how much luggage you have especially Wheelchairs and Rollators. If you need special transport this will be arranged at additional cost with Bali Access Travel. Taxi’s are also plentifull & cheap. Check out time – 11am daily. This allows us time to make up and clean the rooms ready for the next guests.
